The Dubai-based airline Flydubai launched their new daily flights between Dubai and Bangkok to further expand its international network, and strengthen travel links between Thailand and the UAE. The new service is operated to Don Mueang International Airport and provides passengers with an additional convenient gateway to Thailand’s capital. The inaugural flight left 1st July 2026 at Dubai International Airport terminal 3. It was welcomed in Bangkok with a ceremony.

Flydubai will now offer a direct route to Bangkok, in addition to its current service directly to Krabi. The airline claims that the new route is in response to the growing demand of leisure and business travelers looking for direct connections between Southeast Asia and the UAE. Don Mueang Airport, located near central Bangkok, makes it easy for passengers to get to popular tourist attractions and major commercial districts.
